In Serbia, there are both Internet cafes and Internet centers. At the cafes, drinks are available – in some cases both coffee and alcohol – and the setting is more conducive to socializing. At the centers, occasionally soda is for sale; however, the room is mostly devoted to computers. Depending on the location, the cafes and centers can be open as late as 1:00 p.m., and some are open 24 hours. Time on the computer is charged by the half-hour, and fees are inexpensive.
