Post offices offer services that include the sale of stamps and routine shipping of letters and packages. It is also possible for residents to pay some of their bills. The hours of operation will vary from office to office. The postal service is generally considered reliable although one should not send checks in the mail. Fax services are available at the kiosks for a fairly high fee.
